How do you play fist of guthix

It pretty easy all you need to do is go to the fist of Guthix place and go to the queen or somthing and she'll tell you all about the game. The reward are very cool items. It is for non-members and members. The items you get after beating an opponet is fist of guthix tokens. You get more to buy stuff from the guy that sells rewards. This game is very hard if your a lvl 90- you should be lvl 90+.
