Yes, of course. Though it does depend which game in question you're asking about. A few awesome DOS games to try are Prince of Persia, Skyroads, Dangerous Dave, Sim City 2000, Constructor, Beneath a Steel Sky, a lot of Lucas Arts Adventure games, etc. Enjoy them with an emulator like DOSBox, ;)
