Toontown what is the best place to find the devil ray

Lots of people say devil ray fish are found in donald dreamland and its true. But theres another place you can find it. In toontown central too. These fish are very rare so i suggest you use the Twig Rod to get a better chance of getting it.

Note : look up videos of toontown devil ray found in toontown central, because lots of people catch them in toontown central too. Plus DO NOT post bad comments or saying its fake because they ARE real videos.
