How do you defeat deadwood on drawn to life

ignore the shadow monsters. there just there to distract you. you need to jump on the platforms and shoot what looks like a bee hive. there are 4 of them. once there all gone, the shadow monsters go away and deadwood is well,...dead. the next monster is even harder so if you need help, you can post something on my message board. I'll be glad to help.

actually......the shadow bats r gonna b in ur way, and deadwood will knock u off him every so often, so watch 4 that. other wise, do wat this guy says. o, and aim 4 the pine cones w/ faces (the bee hive things). if u miss, watch out. (i figured this stuff out the hard way!!)
