Where will you get the metal coat in Pokemon leaf green there is no pokeball beside the man who owned the onix that died

There is only one where you find Tectonix and the man who owned it before it died. There is a Pokeball near him. Click on it and you will obtain a Metal coat. I think its on Two island and you have to surf there. Hope This Helps!!! Ask if you need any other answers on other games.
