Who is the strongest in DBZ

In DBZ it would probably be Kid Buu, because the only thing that can defeat him is the Spirit Bomb that has all of Earths powers.

But the strongest character all together is Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, the only character to have a full 10 destruction points.
