How do you get to fuchsia city in Pokemon Red

take the cycling road from next to celadon city, or the long route from below lavender town, you need the pokeflute to move the snorlaxs, this can be obtained after beating the rocket game corner, then the Pokemon tower in lavender, and getting the pokeflute of mr fuji :)
