How do you find Regisand

I believe it is pronounced Regirock.First go to the sealed chamber.You'll see a dive spot in a shape of the control pad.Use Dive.Go through the entance & use dive at the doted spot.You'll be in the sealed chamber.Go to the wall with the 3 of those doted spots.Use dig.It'll say if you want to go back to under water & say yes.Then you'll see that a secret entance has been discovered.Go in there & go to the top reading & have waillord on the top & relicanth on the bottom.If it doesn't work,do the opposite.If it works,a shaking noise will be heared.Get out of the sealed chamber & go to the bottom part of the desert & you'll see an entance.Go in & when get up to the dotted wall,go left on the control pad 2 times & go down on the control pad 2 times.Then use rock smash.An entrnce will appear.Go in & you'll see Regirock.P.s.,Regirock is on Lv.40.
