Keep in mind that once the Sim does have a family, at least one of his wants and fears will always be family-related (ex. have baby, teach to walk, play with, etc.) Answer The obvious one should be family, but that means that they will be totally focused around their family and will probably want a great number of children. Another option would be knowlegde, who will want to teach their children and have them achieve but they will also want other things in life. If you have a family in mind, never have a romance or pleasure (Nightlife) sim to start it off.
