What does the Yoshi do in Metal Gear Solid snake eater 3d

In Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 3D for the Nintendo 3DS, Yoshi replaces the sixty-four (64) Kerotan dolls found in the original Metal Gear Solid 3. Shooting all of them grants the player the Stealth Camouflage item.
