What are some reasons that make video games overrated

Hello im a gamer myself i like to play Modern Warfare 3 on PSN on PS3 getting back to your question i just think that most people have nothing to do so they just chill out on the couch and play all day (probably not the healthiest option) but they could just get out there and do something but hey i don't really think the worlds like that today.
