When I want to copy and paste World of Warcraft into another folder it keeps saying something about uppercase and lowercase names

well the lower case file means that there is still a part of the game in the lower case so go to the lowercase and copy it put it in a new folder and copy the other part uppercase paste it in new folder then copy the new folder to the official folder of the game then you could copy the world of craft done
