What does the rating system when some thing is PG PG-13 TEEN R and ET

PG-13 means 13 years old or above can play this game but for those under 13, parents have to guide them through playing. Teen-R means Restricted to teenage years (e.g 14-18)........Lastly there's no such rating as ET, unless you mean my name or everyone or everyone 10+ hahahahahha
