Are there any only Operation Metro servers on Battlefield 3 Online

No. ALL Xbox 360 server will contain 1 game mode (rush, conquest, squad tdm etc). You choose your game mode and what level you'd like to play. This just means you want to play that level first and continue playing the game mode on other levels after.
