Are there military bases in GTA san Andreas for PC

yes their are, on the second island their is the Navy Base which is off-limits and will generate a 4 star wanted level if you enter, and their is the area-51 on the third island, not sure if you get stars for that though, but watch out! if you fly over area 51 then missiles will be shot at you
