Can you continue to use your weapons and hats after membership expires on Pirates Online

All the unlimited access items that are yours will be saved but not be able to be used but while it expires and your in basic access you are able to sell those items which i don't recommend if its rare or uncommon items. Your are able to buy a plan with Disney where it can last from one month to a year which might be cheaper although i am not quite sure about the price.
