What happens to an a 12 year old boy plays video games all day

Will be good at video games...BUT...won't have many friends or fun, will miss out on life completely by living in 'false' world. Muscle tone will degenerate and will probably have weight issues and visual problems. Plus that 'full disconnect' from real people and relationships.
