What are the owner commands on rune scape private servers

it depends, on what type of server and what extra code the developers have put on the server. im guessing things like: mute, ban, promotemod, demotemod, ipban.... and they can also be kickchickeninbutt to mute a player, you can customize. there really is no correct answer.
