Is there any game creation software that allows you to make actual games

There are many types of programming programs:

Microsoft Visual Basic: It allows you to make simple games and programs and is the easiest one to learn ; it can be learned in collages or through Internet tutorials.

Microsoft Visual C#: It can be used to make more complicated games, but is harder to learn.

Microsoft Visual C++: It's used to make the most complicated games, like GTA, PES, and Call of Duty, but is the hardest one to learn
