not a honeybee (the ones that fly around flowers) but you can catch a "bee" by shaking a tree and having a bee swarm come out, and then quickly getting your net from your pockets (they can't sting you while you're in your pockets) and catching them. they sell for a good amount of money (4,500 bells)
