Can you hack dragon ball raging blast 2 to get infinite health and ki and one hit ko attacks and some other stuff like action replay i heard it can be done with a mod tool so is it possible

I don't think they have a mod tool for that, you can hack it, it might be a possibility, but bandai namco games inc. will be knocking at your door with a lawsuit, if you do that.
