What games are similar to World of War craft that are free and you do not have to download

Their are games like Runescape which is similar to World of Warcraft, it does not need to be downloaded, however, needs Adobe Flash Player and a internet browser in order to play the game. You can have a free account or either be a 'member' which costs per month, where you are able to go to more places, get more items etc...
Their are also Private Servers of Runescape which can be played where you level up really quick. However, im not sure if their is private servers for World of Warcraft, i hope this answer has helped
