How do you find a dragon on oblivion elderly scrolls ps3

There is only one dragon in Oblivion. It is right at the end of the main quest where (SPOILERS) Martin transforms into Akatosh, the dragon god. You cannot interact with him.
On the PC, there are dragon mods.
