When do you get your teammates in Assassins Creed brotherhood

Two things are wrong with that statement.
1) They're called assassins, just like Ezio.
2) You get "allies" in the first sequence when you hire mercenaries to fight with you. So which did you mean?
If assassins, somewhere in Sequence 4.
