Is the game Arokai out

no, the Arokai game has not yet been released, but another game very similar to Arokai, called FeralHeart should be released soon since it was supposed to be released some time ago. It is an improvement to the game Impressive Title that was shut down. :)

If you want to, you can check the deviantART pages for updates on both games.
Just don't annoy the creators about the games' release dates. There aren't any set dates.
