How do you use the pulsar in oceans 2

You can use it for two reasons:

1. To scare off, or calm down sharks when they are aggressive
2. To heal animals if they have been hurt.

You can also make the range of the plusar and how many times you can use it in one go increase by updating it from buying it from Nancy however, it becomes very expensive.
