What level do you have to beat in order to get each gem on sonic the hedgehog for xbox 360

After you beat Aquatic Base, go to a computer or the store clerk. You have to buy them, and they are pretty expensive. So after you beat Sonic's story, you can replay the last part to get more money/rings.
