Who do you talk to in World of Warcraft to start skinning

Talk to a Skinning trainer in one of the capital cities (ie Org, Stormwind, Darnassus, Thunderbluff). They are usually found next to or right near the leatherworking trainer. If you are having trouble finding them, as a guard, they will tell you how to get there. You can also find higher level trainers in Outlands or Northrend.
