How do you find a horse and wagon on dragon quest the heavenly bride

You can find a wagon in Fortuna City, just follow these directions;

1. Exit fortuna then walk through the wild until night fall
2. Re-enter Fortuna and walk past the bank and walk throught the maze like passage until you reach a house.
3. Talk to the merchant inside and agree to buy a discount wagon for 300 gold coins.

( The wagon will remain outside of towns/cities/castles and will rejoin you when you exit. Wagons can go into caverns though)
