Is Shadow stronger than Super Sonic

Shadow is not stronger than Super sonic because Supersonic uses the 7 chaos emeralds whilst Shadow uses one of the chaos emeralds to use chaos control but sometimes he can use chaos control with out the chaos emerald. But if Supersonic fuses powers with Shadow, Shadow will turn into SUPER SHADOW
