Who is Onyxia in World of Warcraft

Onyxia is the daughter of Deathwing and brother to Nefarion, the lord of Blackrock. More political than her brother, she has taken a hold of Stormwind through intrigue and manipulation. Her control over the Defias Brotherhood allowed her to arrange the capture of various Alliance heroes, including King Varian Wrynn.

In the end, however, the return of Wrynn also heralded her own death, and her head would swing from the rafters of the gate of Stormwind as a reminder to the foes of the Alliance that the new King was someone to be reckoned with.
