How do you create a sellbot building on toontown

Here are the steps (but you MUST defeat all the cogs so the cog gallery turns fully orange!):

1. defeat the CJ to get a cog summon
2. open your book
3. go to cog gallery
4. then you should see a circle next to the cog
5. click the circle
6. then you have a choice of...
summon cog, summon invasion or summon building.
7. click summon building for a building (but you need to be in a street and you must be in front of a toon building)
8. then you should hear the cog building coming down on top of it, and your done!
