I gone back to play Grand Chase after left it for three years and all of my characters were back to level zero and additional characters were gone what happened

The most likely thing that has happened is that your account has been hacked. *REMINDER* NEVER give your password to anyone, what goes around comes around. You can't fix it unfortunately, sorry, you'll have to start over again ... =(
