A jumbo pearl is a rare item with a rare value to find this you must search the piles of bones under water in area 10 and 11 i suggest you do the red coral quest because this quest increase's the number of bones.


If you have online (the city) there is event quest called "the moltey mission" that is on now and then.In this quest you must kill two royal ludroth in the water arena if you do this you will obtain a jumbo pearl as a reward.
