If you get a video about hannah montana with the star trophy, or a text message that says 'TROPHY' or a picture of a trophy, look among the corridors where there would be a trophy case and click on it.
A video of a Jackson pointing to his watch or anything that suggests a clock, means you have to find the corridor where a clock is above some lockers.

Mostly, you just have to follow the clues.
