Sites need to download because it takes the creator
many time and pixels and megabites to put it
together.

the ones i know you don't need download
is clubmarian.

You can create a character, dance and chat.
It is sorta boring though
and you need to be 14 or older.

imvu dosent need download,
but if you want to make your room
and chat in the world
it does need download.

Some things on it is not good for kids.
freerealms is the best, but it needs download.
I feel the same.
it takes me years to find a website that ur looking for.

You wont be able to amke ur own with no email.
