You beat all the levels and you are not an EPF

Actually, after a couple of missions, the director says you are an EPF agent.
(this game is soooo easy.i passed it like,12 times.)
and incase you wanna pass it like 12 times too,and you forgot how to do it all,this is a walkthrough.

1. Make a character
2. talk to aunt arctic
3. read newspaper in coffee shop
4. see blue puffle
5. help a penguin get his hat down,and he will give you a map piece.
6. when you get the whole map,dot will show you the HQ.
7. the pass word is 3000.
8. use the decoder to decode the message on the screen.
