Were is the solar sailor in trons level in kingdom hearts 2

To access the Solar Sailer, you must beat all the worlds except Atlantica and 100 Acre Wood. When you go back to Hollow Bastion, follow some battles and a few cutscenes. Then when you enter Space Paranoids, you must go to the I/O Tower, and kill some Heartless along the way. Tron will receive a Solar Sailer upgrade. Return to the Simulation Hanger to ride the Solar Sailer.
