Can you get to the Garden of Assemblance in regular Kingdom Hearts 2

I have played through Kingdom Hearts 2, and as far as I know--and I've been all the way to level 99 and obtained everything the game has to offer, practically--there is no Garden of Assemblance on the regular KH2. Final Mix for KH2 will be the one to have it, I think.
