Is the tar-21 better than the scar-h

This is very controversial. I truly prefer the Tar-21 over the Scar-H.
The Scar-H has very little ammo and has a lot of recoil. The Tar-21 unlocks at a higher level, but it has more ammo and little recoil.

The Tar-21 is overall a better weapon.
