What moshlings can you get and how do you get them

There are lots of moshlings to pick from:
For Chop chop (a monkey ninja), you can plant three dragons.
To get Snookums (a dinosaur) you need to plant three stars.
To get Purdy (a pink fluffy kitten) you need to plant a dragon, moon, dragon.
To get Humphrey (a sleeping hippopotamus) you have to plant a dasiy, magic, pepper (You can only get this one if you are a moshi member).
