How far have you gotten? Obviously not very far, if you think you need cheats. Try playing the game on easy first, get the hang of it. If you WERE on easy, then watch a walk-through or something.

Eventually you get Monkey Mages, or something like that. Wizard monkeys. When upgraded all the way, they can use a spell to send all balloons (excluding blimps and lead balloons) back to the start of the map. Have several of these, and a variety of explosive/sharp attackers, maybe a glue gunner, and you'll do just fine.
