for the psp u can use a game save or trainer because the heli is locked on psp version. for ps2 , use a motorbike ex. pcj-600 to fastly hit the side of the west bridge then climb it , jump to the closest building, wait, then jack it! you have to finish the mission to let it be saved in your garage.
