When does raging blast 2 come out

it comes out November 2nd. it has been tossed around that gt and dragon ball will be in it. this man one a contest and asked the creator some questions and the game will not have dragon ball or gt in it. but there are 20 new characters including turles, janemba, dabura, pikkon, and future gohan. plus six characters that have never been in a dragon ball z game ever. but we don't know who the are.
