How do you unlock handcannon on Resident Evil 4 gamecube version

In order to unlock the Handcannon, you must get a 5 star ranking on all of the places with all five people. My suggestion to you is do Leon or Hunk first. They are the harder ones. Next, do Ada. She's okay just the lack of health can get annoying. As for Krauser and Wesker, it's much easier for them. Have fun and toy around with the characters. You can even go as far as to set a good high score with someone that you are going to be good at. For me, my best is Wesker. My best place is the castle with a score of about 170,000. As for the other places, I have my scores at least in the 100,000's. That's what you get through time and patience.
