Where is the blow fish lair on fusion fall

They do not have lairs. They are located in certin areas. I'm always fighting Cootie. Cootie is in Bravo Beach, Judy is in nowhere, Rudy is in Camp Kidney and Prickle Pinebs and Hootie is in Peach Creek Estates and Tootie is in Monkey Foot hills. I only found Cootie. Cootie is a Blastons LVL 18. Hope this helps! TIP: Use a heal or a leech nano.
