How do you make The Alien and The Predator from AVP in soul calibur 4

The Alien, use Ursurper's suit, caretakers gauntlets, Iron Mask (DLC), nightmare spine and death's spaulders. Use either Lizardman's or Voldo's fighting styles (The creepy moving works well)
Don't Know about Predator.
