How do you get a tails chao in sonic adventure dx directors cut

You cannot get a tails chao on the PC version but you can get one in the gamecube version if you have Phantasy Star Online. On this game, you will eventually come across a chao that will give you a tails chao. You have to talk to it. After talking to it, you will then need to swap game discs so that you put the sonic DX game disc in the gamecube and start that up. You should now have a tails chao.
