Where do you find all the characters in Star Wars knights of the old republic

You find all characters during the quest exept for one. Its a droid that you have to buy in Tatoinne. Its around 4000 credits first offer. Dark players can get the price down to 2000. I would only highly recommend going down to 2500 because if you get to far to 2000 the shop will close down.
