When you are getting an iso from ROM-freaks or frozen-roms do you need to get all the parts and which files do you burn to the DVD

Personally i wouldn't touch those websites, they are usually viruses.
I think the websites are not viruses because my friends have a TTDS card and they download roms from a website for free and nothing has happened to their DS's. And I don't know what to do about that yet. Just wait for me to talk to my mate and I'll tell you.
